Review:
This couple has incorporated as many previously used building materials as possible in their extensive rehab of the property. Flooring was from another old hotel and frat house, many plumbing fixtures are on their second lives, the furnishings are an eclectic but harmonious mix of hand-me-downs from family members and second hand sources. Breakfast bread is made in house, eggs are from a sustainably managed farm in the next valley. Optional dinner salmon comes from local fishers. These are not rabid recyclers, its just a way of life for them.
