Review:
The first things you notice are the CFL bulbs, windows that actually open for fresh air, and the recycle bins. As a "green" person, this makes you look around in detail, then you find the sheet/towel reminders, shower heads, dishware to be washed with "green" detergents and non-toxic cleaners. You have to ask the manager, but when you do, find out that extra money was spent on paints with no fumes, energy-efficient appliances, and how the building is cooled in summer. Such a pleasure to have a no-smoking building instead of air fresheners trying to hide the
smell. The materials used in the original construction, the beautiful heavy woods and thick walls, make living in close quarters quietly and moderately cosy.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Cambridge, not only was the location great but it was truly "Green" practicing Hotel. They have Recycling bins in the rooms with directions on what to recycle. They practice a towel program and sheet program. The shower head was a nice water saving head. The shower curtains are fabric not plastic. The whole building is Smoke Free and the rooms smelt fresh and clean without deodorizers. They had various "Green" tips around the building to promote Energy saving. They provided a binder with a section explaining all their green practices. To help guest see the behind the scene "Green" practices. It was a nice place to stay knowing that they are trying to promote a healthy "Green" Environment. I would stay again.
