Review:
This was a lovely hotel and was renovating several floors, something they didn't tell guests about -- not good for those who are chemically sensitive, though we found the carpet and paint to be low VOC so weren't impacted too much. We enjoyed our lanai, though we could see the ocean from it we also found ourselves overlooking a service entrance.

There were good and bad things about the hotel. We didn't like the fact there was only one switch for the sink and bath areas, though they were two separate rooms, but we liked the wooden hangars, TV and fridge. The shower curtain was made of cloth but the liner was vinyl. We had a spacious room so weren't bumping into each other.

The energy management system turned off the AC when we opened the lanai door, saving lots of energy. We had our door open lots. There was an interesting window covering for the sliding door -- a sliding louvered door. It was great for letting fresh air in and maintaining privacy, but lousy for any room darkening aspects making it hard to sleep in late.

Not the greenest hotel we've ever stayed in, but not the worst either.
