Lagness is a wonderful place to visit for those who like golf, horse racing and motorsport, castles and cathedrals, and nature for walking or cycling. Rich in history, this is a wonderful spot for a holiday.
Visit Goodwood for your sporting interests. Chichester Cathedral, Arundel Castle, and Fisbourne Roman Palace offer a variety of diversions.
This hotel is itself an historic treasure, built in 1611. The property has played a role in history especially during World War II with airplanes being a central focus to the area.
This hotel tends to people with allergies both in the bedding they provide and in the food they offer.

The best B&B we have ever stayed at!!!!

This is certainly the best B & B I have been too. the accommodation was suites and they were luxury everthing was thought of. Breakfast was a feast and great choices with great new ideas like baked eggs with smoked salmon. We even had breakfast served to our room one morning during our four day stay. All food is where possible local & organic a great plus!! They even have geese eggs from their own geese.
Hospitality was faultless and nothing was too much trouble!!!
Extremely committed to green tourism in everything they did from solar energy to greywater recycling. This is a place I will recommend to everyone and we certainly will return too.

We have just returned from an amazing three night stay at Old Chapel Forge, between Chichester and Bognor Regis.
We were most impressed by the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom, we have stayed in some 5* hotels in Europe that are nowhere near this standard.
We took advantage of the Breakfast in Bed option (which was actually a surprise for my wife, which we really enjoyed, a nice touch!!)
One of the main reasons for choosing Old Chapel Forge was the availability of wireless internet in the rooms, being an IT consultant, I needed wireless internet access during our stay and there were hardly any places offering this facility.
The hosts \"Sandra\" and \"Charlie\" could not have been more friendly or helpful, able to advise on local events and places to visit, and able to make a very nice cuppa!! (some places I visit make awful tea!!)
We would definitely recommend Old Chapel Forge to any potential travellers to Bognor Regis or Chichester, and great for business travellers who need wifi access!!
Word of warning - be ready to be greeted by the geese!! They do like to introduce themselves to new visitors!!
