Review:
The staff at this hotel was gracious, and had an attention to customer service that had them stand out from many hotels I've visited or had meetings at. Everything about the hotel felt serene, a plus during a busy meeting.
Environmentally, this hotel is off to a good start. They have CFL bulbs and a towel reuse program. I personally was thrilled to find non-perfumed room cleaners, but a bit dismayed that the sheets had a mild perfume (like a fabric softener or anti-static chemical). Housekeepers seem to enjoy turning lights on, but not off, based on several days of experience.
Nice hotel in an interesting area of San Francisco. I'll enjoy coming back another time, and hopefully will find even more environmentally friendly practices in place.
