Review:
I enjoyed my stay at Ivy Terrace and found several "green" aspects that should be mentioned.

I do know that they donate all old linens and towels to a homeless woman's shelter. Also they employ the re-use your towels and sheets method. For a one week stay I was given 2 towel sets and only one set of sheets which was fine with me.

I was asked to conserve energy by turning off lights etc.

There were no paper plates/or disposable service items.
