They provided waste baskets that were unlined and washable, a great resource saver. Each guestroom had individual climate control was used for heating and cooling. I found a sweet chemical potpourri smell in my room, a smell that bothered my sinuses.

The areas where they fell down in moving toward a greener hotel was the used of Styrofoam and plastic cups in the guestrooms and Styrofoam service ware in the breakfast room. IÃ
