This hotel was built with environmental concern, using low VOC finishes, natural fall wood, and adobe made from local materials. The main lodge is designed for passive heating and light, and all buildings are well insulated to keep them the right temperature throughout the year.

Food is purchased from local farmers when possible, and it's organic when possible.
