Review:
Eve's Garden is a 100% organic B&B in Marathon, Texas, 2 hours' drive north of Big Bend National Park. Most of their buildings are made of highly-insulative non-toxic papercrete.

All guestrooms have positive ventilation, and most of the lighting I saw was compact fluorescent. The herbs and most if not all vegetables come from their huge (2000+? sq.ft.) organic greenhouse. The buildings are multi-hued, absolutely gorgeous in the desert light, and modelled after middle-eastern cities with lots of domes and vaults.

I guarantee you will be running around as I was, taking pictures from the same locations over and over as the light changes. Owners Kate and Clyde really love what they do and it shows!
