Review:
I had a pleasant stay at the Crowne Plaza. Staff was friendly, services prompt, room clean. It was a great introduction to Greenville, SC.

There weren't many obvious green initiatives, but the usual sheet and towel reuse card was present, compact fluorescent bulbs were in the lamps, and the glasses and mugs were reusable. I loved not having to deal with a newspaper at my door either.

The shower curtain wasn't vinyl, which I loved. I hate the look and feel of vinyl, not to mention they detract from the room's air quality. And I was pleased to notice that the wastebaskets were not lined, an action I think is better for the environment than the alternative.

Room service was provided by Ruth's Chris Steak House, a delightful surprise. The food was good and the service excellent.
