Review:
What a perfect situation -- a nice B&B/hotel with many environmentally-friendly actions in the Latin Quarter of the vibrant and green Montreal. Recycling, nice cotton towels, and bulk soaps stood out for us. And the wastebaskets weren't lined with plastic bags (I've seen several people comment on that on this site).

The breakfast didn't seem to be particularly environmentally friendly, but it was tasty and fresh. We were there for several breakfasts and there was enough variety to give us choices so we didn't have the same thing every day.
