Durango, Colorado, is a beautiful town filled with history, shoppisc and fun. Hike, bike, fish and kayak. Ride the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge train to view mountain scenery not visible from your car. Ski Durango Mountain Resort (formerly Purgatory Ski Area). The Durango area has been used in several movies because of its beauty and relaxed feeling. Mesa Verde and the Ute Mountain Tribal Park are only about an hour away. Four Corners is only about an hour beyond Mesa Verde and Cortez. This B&B is a great home base for touring soutwestern Colorado.
